Recipe | White Trash Coconut Splash

Ingredients:

Mint Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
A Handful of mint leaves, washed & dried

Cocktail:
6 oz. ROCKET FUEL moonshine
2 cups coconut milk
all of the freshly made Mint Simple Syrup from above
Juice of 2 limes
2-4 cups of ice (depends on how thick you want the beverage)

Garnish:
mint leaves
toasted coconut flakes

Directions

To make the Mint Syrup:
In a small po on the stove, bring the water, sugar and mint leaves to simmer until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let steep until the liquid cools off.

To make the cocktails (makes 3-4 drinks)
Add the coconut milk, coooled off mint sirup, juice of the limes, moonshine and ice to a blender until smooth. Use a little coconut milk to wet the rim of your glasses and them dip them in some toasted coconut flakes. Serve your drinks and garnish with some mint sprigs.

Garnish with mint leaves and/or coconut flakes.
